Hong Kong & Australia Warehouse
Our warehouse in Hong Kong and Australia will be closed from April 10 – April 13.
Italy Warehouse
Our warehouse in Italy will be closed on April 13. Please be guided accordingly.
United States Warehouse
Our warehouse in the United States has not been largely impacted, operations are as usual. However, please expect delays on shipments due to the reduction of flights.
Thailand Warehouse
Our warehouse in Thailand has no impact. Operations are as usual. But since the Thailand Government has been more strict with the shipments going in and out of the country, please restrain from buying any products containing liquid, batteries, liquids or batteries themselves, including lithium batteries, as they will be rejected and cannot be shipped. South Korea Warehouse
Our South Korea warehouse operates as usual. The local government has enacted a strict restriction on disinfecting resource measures, including face masks, against the spread of the virus. Please check the Prohibited Item Catalog before shopping.
Japan Warehouse
Our Japan warehouse is operating as usual. However, due to the great reduction of flights, please expect delays on all shipments.
Taiwan Warehouse
Our Taiwan warehouse operates as usual. But just like South Korea, the local government has enacted a strict restriction on disinfecting resource measures, including face masks, against the spread of the virus. Kindly check the Prohibited Item Catalog before shopping.
China & United Kingdom Warehouse
China and the United Kingdom’s transshipment service continues to be suspended. We will not be accepting any orders until further notice.
