Step 1: Publish a post on Buyaholic

Approval Timeline & Important Notes
Approval & Disbursement Schedule
- Posts are reviewed within 2–3 working days (excluding public holidays). Please be patient.
- The calendar month a post counts toward is based on the post’s UPLOAD TIME — not the admin’s approval/publication time. Example: uploaded Dec 31, approved Jan 1 → counted toward December.
- Once approved, credits will be deposited into your Buy&Ship account within 7 working days.
- Credits earned from the FB group reward activity are valid for 30 days (from the deposit date). Be sure to use them on your next shipment.
⚠️ Important: Admin “Like” ≠ Guaranteed Credits
After your post is published, our admin will “Like” it. This only means your post meets the formal requirements — it does NOT mean the shipment order number’s validity (within 30 days of order completion) has been verified. Final credit disbursement still depends on full shipment verification. In other words: receiving an admin Like doesn’t guarantee credits. Please make sure your shipment number is correct and within the validity window.
Shipment Validity
The shipment order number used for this activity must be from an order completed within 30 days from the date the status changes to “Picked up / Delivered”. Posts submitted after this window — or with an incorrect shipment number — will not be eligible for credit reissuance.
Other Notes
- This activity does not apply to shipments from China.
- Posts containing contraband items or content that violates Buy&Ship’s Terms of Service will not be approved.
- If a post is deleted after credits are awarded, Buy&Ship reserves the right to deduct or claw back those credits.
- By sharing in the group, members grant Buy&Ship permission to forward, reproduce, edit, or use the content across our platforms for marketing purposes.
FAQ
Q1: How many posts per month can earn credits?
No limit on number of posts. However, each Shipment Order Number can only earn the 200-credit reward once per calendar month. If you have multiple shipments, post each one as a separate unboxing to maximize your earnings.
Q2: How is a cross-month post counted?
The calendar month is based on upload time, not the admin’s approval time. Example: if you upload late at night on December 31 and the admin approves on January 1, the credits still count toward December.
Q3: Can I share shipments from the China warehouse?
No. This rewards activity does not apply to shipments from China. Only shipments from our overseas warehouses (e.g., US, JP, KR, HK, UK) are eligible.
Q4: Where can I find my Buy&Ship shipment number?
Log in to your Buy&Ship account → go to “My Shipments” to see your full shipment history. The shipment number starts with “9” and is 8 digits long (e.g., 9XXXXXXX). Always double-check the number before submitting your post.
Q5: The admin liked my post — does that mean I’ll get the credits?
Not necessarily. An admin Like only means the post meets formal requirements — it does NOT mean the shipment has been verified. If the shipment number is incorrect or past the 30-day validity window, credits still won’t be issued. Always double-check that your shipment number is correct and within the validity period.
Q6: My post disappeared from the FB group / shows “Pending Review” forever. Was it declined? How do I check?
Facebook does not send notifications when posts are declined. Declined posts will also disappear from the group’s main feed and won’t show in your activity. If you notice your post is missing or stuck on “Pending Review” status, you’ll need to check manually as follows:
- Go to the FB group “Buy&Ship Philippines Shoppers Community“
- Navigate to “Manage Your Content“
- You’ll see all your posts. Under “Declined with Suggestions” you can check the latest approval status — tap “See Details” to view our admin’s specific reason for declining.
If your post was declined, you can edit it based on our admin’s suggestions and re-submit. Please note: your re-submitted post must still be within the shipment validity window (30 days after order completion) to be eligible for rewards.
Q7: How long are FB group credits valid?
Credits earned from the FB group reward activity are valid for 30 days from the deposit date. Use them on your next shipment as soon as possible. If you also have credits from the Community platform’s Buyaholic conversion (valid for 90 days), use the FB group credits first to avoid expiry.
Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
The following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms“) apply to the Community Unboxing Sharing Reward Activity organized by Buy&Ship (hereinafter referred to as “the Company“). By participating in this activity, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. New or amended rules will officially take effect on June 1, 2026.
1. Eligibility and Post Requirements
- Posts must fully comply with all specific posting requirements designated by Buy&Ship (including but not limited to the shopping platform, item name, specific photo types, etc.).
- Post content must be verified by the Company’s management team, and the corresponding Buy&Ship Shipment Order Number and information must be confirmed as correct to be eligible for points rewards.
- This points reward offer does not apply to shipments from China.
- The Company will decline to publish posts containing contraband items or any content that violates Buy&Ship’s Terms of Service.
2. Shipment Order Number Validity
- The Shipment Order Number used to participate in this activity must be from an order completed within 30 days from the date the status changes to “Picked up/Delivered”.
- If the Shipment Order was completed more than 30 days prior, the post will not be eligible for any points reward.
3. Points Reward Structure (Unlimited Sharing)
- There is no monthly limit on the number of posts shared by each user (calculated per single Buy&Ship account).
- However, each User Account and each specific Shipment Order Number is eligible to receive the points reward ONLY ONCE per calendar month. Points are not granted for duplicate submissions of the same order number in the same month.
- For each verified, eligible shared post that meets the order uniqueness criteria for that month, the user will receive 200 Buy&Ship points.
4. Points Calculation Basis (Upload Time)
- The calendar month to which the points reward belongs will be based on the time the user uploaded the post, not the time the post is approved or published by the Company.
- Example: A user uploads a post on December 31, and the Company’s team approves it for publication on January 1. The upload time is deemed to be December 31, and the user will receive points for December.
5. Approval Process and Post Status Management
- After uploading a post, it will enter the approval process and will not be published immediately.
- The approval process generally takes 2-3 working days (excluding public holidays); please be patient.
- If the post content (e.g., Shipment Order Number, completeness of information, etc.) does not meet the activity requirements, the Company will decline publication and may provide modification suggestions within the “Manage Posts” section.
- The Company will not send a separate notification for declined posts. Users must check the post approval status themselves via the “Manage Your Content” backend on Facebook.
6. Definition of Management Team “Like” (Key Clause)
- After a post is successfully published, the Company’s management team will “Like” the post.
- Note: This “Like” only represents that the post content structure meets the formal requirements and does not mean that the Shipment Order Number’s validity (completed within 30 days) has been verified.
- Therefore, the successful publication of a post and receiving a “Like” from the Company’s team does not guarantee that the user will receive points. Final points disbursement remains subject to the complete verification of shipment order details.
7. Points Deposit and Validity
- After all information (including Shipment Order Number validity) is confirmed correct and the post is approved for publication, the relevant points will be deposited into the user’s Buy&Ship account within 7 working days from the date of approval.
- Received points are valid for 30 days (from the date of deposit).
- All points are non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable to other Buy&Ship accounts.
8. Violations
- If a user enters an incorrect Shipment Order Number, the relevant points will not be reissued.
- If the Company discovers that a user has deleted an eligible post after receiving the points reward, the Company reserves the right to deduct or claw back the points from the user’s account.
9. Content Authorization
- By sharing and uploading post content, the member agrees to and grants Buy&Ship an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to forward, reproduce, edit, or use the content for marketing and promotional purposes on any existing or future media platform (including but not limited to the official website, social media, email, etc.).
10. Final Decision and Changes
- Buy&Ship reserves the right to the final decision on all matters concerning this activity.
- The Company reserves the right to change, amend, suspend, or cancel this activity, reward content, and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- New or amended rules will officially take effect on June 1, 2026.
