IV. Terms and Conditions:
1. The P100 in credits earned through the promo is used upon checkout in Hong Kong before the Philippines. All shipments from overseas warehouses of Buyandship are sent to Hong Kong first before the Philippines. Cardholder needs to allocate enough time so they can avail of the promo.
2. The P100 in credits earned through the promo is only valid for sixty (60) days upon registration. Any unused credits will automatically expire after sixty (60) days.
3. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
4. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
5. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
