Shipping & Proxy Shopping Guide: Buy 11.11 Deals with Buy&Ship

Some overseas websites do not ship directly to the Philippines. You can place the order yourself and ship it to the Philippines with a Buy&Ship overseas warehouse address, or, if the website only accepts a local phone number or credit card, use proxy shopping and let Buy&Ship place the order for you. Here is how each method works:

Method 1: Order Yourself + Buy&Ship Shipping

Step 1: Shop on the Retailer’s Website

• Register, add the items to your cart and enter your Buy&Ship overseas warehouse address as the delivery address at checkout

📌 How to find your address:
Log in to your Buy&Ship account → “My Account” → “Overseas Warehouse Address” → copy the full address, e.g. for the “US warehouse”, with the recipient name and phone number shown

Step 2: Declare Your Parcel on Buy&Ship

• When you receive the shipping notice and tracking number
• Log in to Buy&Ship → “Pre-alert Parcel” → enter the courier, tracking number, item category (e.g. fashion, shoes) and so on

✅ Pre-alerting speeds up warehouse check-in and helps avoid delays or lost parcels

Step 3: Parcel Check-in and Consolidation

• You will get a notification when your parcel arrives at the overseas warehouse
• Once parcels reach the sorting centre, you can choose whether to combine them with other parcels and ship together (to save on shipping)
• The system calculates the total weight and the shipping fee for you

Step 4: Payment and Delivery

• Pay the shipping fee and your parcel will be delivered to your home address
• Track your parcel on the Buy&Ship app or website all the way

Method 2: Buy&Ship Proxy Shopping

Good for shoppers who would rather not deal with overseas checkout, want to pay in PHP, or shop on sites that only accept local phone number verification and local credit cards.

Step 1: Log In to Your Buy&Ship Account

• Log in or sign up for a free Buy&Ship account, then go to the proxy shopping page.

Step 2: Paste the Product Link

• Open the product page on the overseas website, copy the link and paste it into the proxy shopping page.
• Add the colour, size and quantity.

Step 3: Confirm the Quote and Pay

• Check the item price and proxy service fee, then pay in PHP. Local credit cards are supported.
• We will place the order on the overseas website for you, and the item is sent to a Buy&Ship overseas warehouse.

Step 4: Payment and Delivery

• Once your parcel reaches the overseas warehouse, confirm the international shipping fee and pay.
• Your parcel will be delivered to your home address.

Q2. Can 11.11 deals be shipped directly to the Philippines?

Q3. How is the shipping fee calculated?

Shipping fees depend on the destination, warehouse and delivery method. Please check the latest rates on our shipping rates page.

Q4. Can promo codes be stacked?

It depends on each store’s terms, and some items are excluded. Whether offers can be combined is as shown on the website’s checkout page.

Q5. Do I need a VPN to browse overseas websites?

It depends on the website. For example, the Tommy Hilfiger US site may need a US VPN, and some websites have regional restrictions, so please check the website before ordering.

Q6. How do I ship 11.11 purchases with Buy&Ship?

In 4 steps: shop on the overseas retailer’s website and enter your Buy&Ship overseas warehouse address at checkout; log in to Buy&Ship and pre-alert the parcel once you receive the shipping notice; choose whether to combine it with other parcels after it checks in; then pay and your parcel will be delivered to your home address.

Whether an item can be shipped depends on the list of prohibited and restricted items. Please check it before you order.
