All parcels can add Buy&Ship Plus extra protection at the time of declaration at a rate of 3% of the declared value. If you choose to upgrade later during the consolidation stage, protection will be available at 6%.

How do I upgrade the protection plan?

During declaration After entering your parcel information, you will see the "Buy&Ship Plus" option during the declaration process. Choose the option and finalize your declaration. The fee will be included with the delivery fee of the shipment order. During consolidation During the consolidation process, you can view all shipments, including those that have not been upgraded to Plus+ protection at the declaration stage Select the shipments you want to add protection to and proceed with consolidation After consolidation, your parcels will enjoy upgraded protection services

How long does the claims process take?

Once members provide complete information, we will respond regarding the application within 7 working days.

Will the Buy&Ship Plus fee be refunded if no claim or return is made?

The shipment is already protected during transit and has utilized the related services; therefore, even if no claim or return is made, the associated fees will not be refunded.

Can I still upgrade to Buy&Ship Plus extra protection service after parcel declaration?

Yes, but the rate will be different. During the parcel declaration stage, you can add Buy&Ship Plus extra protection at a rate of 3% of the declared value. If you decide to upgrade after declaration during the consolidation stage, you can still purchase protection service, but the rate will increase to 6% of the declared value. Please note that once the parcel consolidation process is completed, you will no longer be able to add any protection service.
