First of all, you MUST have a Buyandship account to use our service. No worries, you can sign up fast and easy for FREE to take advantage of all the services and features we offer.

In order to verify your account, you are going to need a PH sim card. You can either ask your friends, relatives, or loved ones from the Philippines for a mobile number and the activation code that we’re going to send you. Or if your PH sim card still works in the country you’re currently residing in, you can use that as well. As long as you can verify your account, you’re good to go. Step 02: Relatives, friends, and loved ones living abroad can send the PARCEL-LUBONG to any of our 12 shipping addresses worldwide with user member ID.
All shipments need to be sent into our overseas warehouse (US, UK, CANADA, JAPAN, KOREA, INDONESIA, ITALY, HONGKONG, AUSTRALIA, TAIWAN, THAILAND, or CHINA) either mail-in or sent from seller site (ie. Amazon). Keep in mind that each PARCEL-LUBONG is shipped by a courier and will have a TRACKING NUMBER once it is being sent to our overseas warehouses, if not please wait until your PARCEL-LUBONG arrives and you will receive an email from Buyandship with the tracking number for you to declare your shipment. 🌟 If You’re Residing Abroad and Wants to Give PARCEL-LUBONG to Your Loved Ones:
If you’re residing abroad and you want to send over your love to your friends and relatives in the Philippines. You have two options:
- Mail the PARCEL-LUBONG to our overseas warehouse or;
- Buy directly from an online merchant store and have it delivered in one of our warehouses- this way you won’t have to think too much on the logistics aspect of it all.
When you’re planning to send out a PARCEL-LUBONG, please note Buyandship’s limitations such as Prohibited Items and Shipment Size Restriction, which states that the parcel should not exceed 55 lbs for Metro Manila and 20 lbs for Non-Metro Manila, each side cannot exceed 100 CM and the sum of 3 sides must not exceed 150cm.

If you’re residing abroad and you’re the one who has the Buyandship PH account, simply fill in the details of your PARCEL-LUBONG. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to properly declare your shipment.
Step 04: Wait For Your PARCEL-LUBONG to Arrived at Our HK Warehouse
Once it is in “Arrived at HK warehouse” in Parcel Management, you can checkout your shipments separately or consolidate your shipments (not separate items) by ticking on the box next to your tracking number. Once each shipment arrives HK warehouse you have free consolidation services and 42 days storage. If you want to checkout, fill out the checkout details, and proceed to payment.
🌟 If You’re Residing in the Philippines:
Once the PARCEL-LUBONG is in “Arrived at HK warehouse” tab in Parcel Management, you can checkout your shipments separately or consolidate your shipments (if you’re waiting for more PARCEL-LUBONG) by ticking on the box next to your tracking number. You have free consolidation services and 42 days of storage once it has arrived in our HK Warehouse.
If you want to check out your PARCEL-LUBONG, simply fill out the checkout details, and proceed to Buyandship’s shipping payment. You can either pay for the shipping fee yourself or ask your friends, relatives, or loved ones from abroad to pay, your choice!

Similar process with the Philippines one, once your PARCEL-LUBONG is in “Arrived at HK warehouse” tab in Parcel Management, you can checkout your shipments separately or consolidate your shipments (if you’re going to send more PARCEL-LUBONG) by ticking on the box next to the tracking number. As we said, you have free consolidation services and 42 days of storage once it arrived in our HK Warehouse, so you can take as much time as you want to think it over.
If you decided to check out your PARCEL-LUBONG, simply fill out the checkout details, and proceed to Buyandship’s shipping payment. You can either pay for the shipping fee yourself or ask your friends, relatives, or loved ones from the Philippines to pay, whatever arrangement you come up with.
Step 05: Users Checkout and Pay for the Shipping Fee

This goes without saying that if your parcel weighs exactly or less than 1 pound, we only charge you the designated amount but if the weight exceeds 1 pound, we round it up. But don’t worry because you always have the choice to consolidate your items to maximize your money- that’s a whole other conversation so it’s best if you just read more about consolidation here.
Once you get notified that you’re parcel is in our HK Warehouse, all you need to do is pay the service fee before we process it. Buyandship only accepts Internationally accepted Mastercard or Visa or Virtual Cards for a safer and faster way to pay. Process for users in the Philippines and users abroad are similar.

Step 06: Upon Checkout, Send it to Your Home Address or Loved Ones’ Address in the Philippines
Upon checkout, you will be asked which address you wanted to send it to. Simply choose the address in the Philippines.

Step 07: Say “Thank You!” to your Loved Ones Abroad/ Get Ready to Recieve a “Thank You!”

“What is PARCEL-LUBONG?”
A small gift package that is delivered from your relatives, friends, and loved ones living abroad, to your home in the Philippines via Buyandship.
“Is there a shipment size restriction”
If deemed necessary, our warehouse will repack and replace packaging without prior notice. Every single shipment (Per Tracking number) must not exceed 50 pounds. If the single parcel exceeds 20 pounds, please do not consolidate it with other parcels. After the parcel consolidation:
- Each side cannot exceed 100 CM
- The sum of all 3 sides cannot exceed 150 CM
- Volumetric Weight can not exceed 5 times the actual weight
Note: Calculation for Volumetric Weight: [Length (CM) x Width (CM) x Height (CM)] ÷ 6,000 x 2.2046
If the parcel exceeds any of the above limitations, additional charges may be required. The parcel may also be rejected by the overseas warehouse or the delivery fee may be calculated by Volumetric Weight
“What are the items we can and cannot send out?”
Please read “Prohibited Items Catalog” before sending out a parcel. If you have doubts or unclear products, you can message us on Facebook, Instagram, or start a webchat on the site to confirm if we’ll allow your item. It’s better to be safe and sure, above all.
“How about custom tax and duties when it reached the Philippines?”
For the under Php 10k of no duty and tax rule, it is the combined shipment value on the same day it passes through PH customs. Even if you created separate shipment orders, PH Customs will combine the value of all orders that are sent to the same consignee on the same day to assess de minimis value.
To be eligible for the no duty and tax rule, make sure the total value of your shipments will not exceed Php 10k, then track your shipments and wait until the total shipments pass PH customs, then send the next batch of shipment(s).
That is also given that your declaration is correct and approved by PH customs valuation. Customs have the final decision on taxation and Buyandship is not liable for any taxation problem or government policy changes. Please note that the Php 10k and the forex rate are determined by PH customs at the time of PH customs assessment.
“Are the PARCEL-LUBONGs my friends/family will send out are insured?”
All of our clients using our service are qualified for the basic parcel insurance plan. Coverage for each parcel is up to 100 USD (or the equivalent amount in foreign currency). Each parcel with one tracking number is considered independently You can opt for higher insurance with our enhanced plan. See terms and conditions in “Package Insurance Policy.”
